The particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained and lifted by the swirling airflow, and further dried during the rising process due to the gas-solid phase. For rotary flow, the inertia of solid phase is greater than that of gas phase, the relative velocity between solid and gas phases is large, and the heat transfer effect between two phases is strengthened, so the drying intensity of the machine is high.

Outstanding features: a variety of feeding devices for selection, feeding continuous and stable, will not produce bridging phenomenon. A special cooling device is installed at the bottom of the dryer to avoid deterioration of the material in the high temperature zone at the bottom. Special pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device effectively extend the service life of the transmission. The special air distribution device reduces the resistance of the equipment and at the same time it tends to balance the wind speed inside the tower. The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a cyclone sheet, and the material fineness and the final moisture can be adjusted and controlled.
